FAQs & Help

For Students:

Q1.What study method guarantees success?
Hard work is the key to success. Attend classes regularly, complete your homework and assignments promptly, and make sure to read the theory before looking at problem solutions.

Q2.Which books should I refer to for qualifying exams?
The study and reference material provided by PrepiiT is usually sufficient. However, our faculty may recommend additional references if necessary.

Q3.How many hours should I study each day to be successful?
The number of hours alone cannot determine the quality of your studies. It is important to assess your progress periodically and study at least the topics covered in class each day to avoid accumulating a backlog of studies.

Q4.Is there a smart way to study? Can I skip difficult topics?
There are no shortcuts to success, but there are smarter ways to study, such as using mnemonics and non-linear memory maps. PrepiiT conducts special sessions on these methods to help you excel. However, it is not advisable to skip difficult topics as they may be essential for comprehensive understanding.

Q5.I want to improve my score, but I don't know where I lose marks.
Our evaluation report will be useful in identifying areas where you may be losing marks. We will train you to analyze the report and provide guidance accordingly.

Q6.Will studying with friends and participating in group discussions improve my score? Will it create more competition?
Group study can be beneficial, especially during the initial stages of learning. However, as the exam approaches, it is crucial to prioritize self-study. Healthy competition can motivate students to excel.
